Job Title

Lead Digital Transformation and Drive Results

  • Oversee a team of digital experts, mediabuyers, planners, and strategists
  • Collaborate with multiple clients across the retail and food sectors
  • Manage and mentor a small team of digital buyers, planners & strategists
  • Develop and implement high-impact digital media campaigns

As a Digital Director, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and acting as the first point of contact for all things digital marketing.

You will also be required to:

  • Generate insightful client reports focused on core success metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in digital platforms
  • End-to-end project management (plans, templates, status reports)
  • Forecasting and reporting
  • Client and stakeholder liaison

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8+ years experience in digital marketing and leadership
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SemRush, Ahrefs, Tag Manager, AdWords, SEO, Google algorithms
  • Understanding of Meta platform and advertising best practices in strategy and optimisation
  • Previous experience managing teams is required
  • Relevant tertiary degree
About You

You should be passionate about digital marketing, with strong knowledge of social media, emerging technologies, e-commerce projects, hosting/video hosting, testing/QA best practice.

You will also need to be an excellent networker, able to build lasting client relationships and possess exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
