Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Professional to join our team in providing a central hub for key business analysis that demonstrates governance and oversight for all business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and document gaps/enhancements in the current control environment, maturing Conduct and Culture framework, and recommend solutions.
  • Review and document internal processes and controls to ensure adequate oversight & compliance of corporate policy within the 1st Line of Defence.
  • Presentation of information in a clear, comprehensive manner, both verbally and written.
Role Requirements
  • Leverage the risk management framework to enhance the 1st Line of Defence MI, demonstrating effectiveness of Risk & Control responsibilities through dashboards, reporting & operational risk management tools.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of a comprehensive controls library, identifying control gaps and communicating rectification controls.
  • Establish a standard process for defining, assessing, and comparing each control across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with auditing, risk management (non-financial and financial risk) and/or control/compliance testing.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to deliver under pressure with tight deadlines, excellent written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
