As a Governance and Risk Management Specialist, you will support the delivery of key risk and compliance artefacts and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop plans for risk and compliance uplift work, including deliverables, outcomes, and timelines, across all assigned streams.
  • Deliver work in accordance with developed plans and agreed timelines. Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate requirements, and delivery design and decisions.
  • Document current and future state processes for each assigned initiative.
  • Support the development of program reporting and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with other business analysts and stream leads to ensure program consistency and alignment of outputs.
  • Apply risk subject matter expertise to design risk artefacts, including strategies, frameworks, and processes.
 Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • Experience as a subject matter specialist across operational risk and compliance domains.
  • Experience within risk and compliance transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple pieces of work across multiple initiatives and streams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with risk and control frameworks, and experience within regulated environments.
