The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you'll be the crucial link ensuring medical equipment is efficiently returned, processed, and made available for future patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff to streamline returns processes
  • Coordinate with customers, drivers, and healthcare facilities for efficient collection
  • Navigate complex hospital environments to ensure prompt equipment retrieval
  • Maintain accurate records in our logistics systems
  • Problem-solve collection challenges and escalate issues when necessary
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • 2+ years in customer service or contact centre roles
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Solid organisational and prioritisation capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
