Job Title: Patient Access Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Access Coordinator to join our medical surgical team in Sydney. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their safety and comfort.

  • Act as the primary liaison between patients and our clinic, managing inbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Book appointments for patients, manage patient accounts, banking procedures, account invoicing, and debt collection.
  • Coordinate referrals for surgery and consults, perform health fund checks, and book surgeries.
  • Liaise with hospital staff, prepare quotations, and send out patient information packs.
  • Utilize patient management systems and electronic interfaces to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient data accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical reception/coordination role.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
