Exciting opportunity exists to lead innovative Patient Reported Measures project in Northern Sydney Local Health District.

Project Officer, Patient Reported Measures, will support development and implementation of NSW Patient Reported Measures program to improve patient, staff, and consumer experience within the district. Project Officer will work collaboratively with stakeholders, consumers, clinicians, primary health networks, and primary health care staff by way of full project management activities including project planning, change management, problem solving, stakeholder influence, and negotiation skills, and milestone reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement NSW Patient Reported Measures program
  • Support stakeholders, consumers, clinicians, primary health networks, and primary health care staff
  • Provide project management activities including project planning, change management, problem solving, stakeholder influence, and negotiation skills, and milestone reporting

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrate key priorities for Patient Reported Measures Program over next 12 months
  • Demonstrate ability to manage significant change within organization
