We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of our services. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and driving business growth.

About the role:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide transparent reporting on key performance indicators and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Effectively manage a team of service leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with school principals, governing councils and families, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of quality services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Sustainability and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and report on key performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, promoting collaborative working and mutual benefit.
  • Professional Development: Identify opportunities for staff development and training, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruit, retain and develop a talented team, ensuring the right people are in place to deliver exceptional service.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement community engagement strategies, promoting our services and values to local communities.
