About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Maintenance Systems Solutions. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and Analyze Work Orders: Identify scope and planning requirements for PM, IMP, RMP, and CM work orders.
  • Ensure Work Order Quality: Add necessary parts, resources, and documentation to ensure high-quality work execution.
  • Identify Safety Hazards: Incorporate safety policies into job plans and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain Integrity of Maintenance Plans: Coordinate with purchasing and supply teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve preventative maintenance practices.
  • Ensure Compliance and Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in:

  • Maintenance Planning: Experience as a Maintenance Planner in an industrial setting.
  • Mechanical, Instrument, and Electrical Trade: Mechanical, Instrument, and/or Electrical Trade with maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP or CMMS: Proficiency in SAP or alternative CMMS software.
  • Advanced Computer and Database Skills: Advanced computer and database skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
  • MS Office Skills: Capable in the use of other MS Office software.
  • Australian Working Rights: Must have Australian Working Rights for this role.
