We are seeking a skilled therapist to work in a residential aged care setting, providing high-quality care to older adults. As part of our regional teams, you will play a vital role in enhancing lives through evidence-based practice.

Your Opportunity

As a therapist working in Residential Aged Care, you will:

  • Conduct mobility and functional assessments
  • Deliver restorative therapy
  • Develop falls prevention strategies
  • Promote pressure injury management
  • Manage pain effectively
  • Lead active ageing group programs

You will work closely with care staff to develop resident-centred plans, making a real difference in the lives of our clients. In return, you will be supported by a large and experienced national team, with opportunities for ongoing mentoring and professional development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
