Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of new construction projects. This role requires a strong track record in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including education, health, community, commercial, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
  • Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
  • Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations

Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering new build commercial construction projects
  • Strong track record across various sectors (e.g. education, health, community, commercial, residential)
  • Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $100M+
  • Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in Australia

Your Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. You should have a minimum of 8 years' experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering new build commercial construction projects. Your experience should include proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $100M+, as well as previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in Australia.
