Project Manager is a senior role in construction project management.

This position is responsible for overseeing residential projects from construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in construction management, ideally within residential developments, and a solid understanding of the construction process, project scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.

This job involves managing contractors and liaising with stakeholders, as well as collaborating with the development team on early-stage DA and CC projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Class 1 residential projects
  • Oversight of contractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Monitoring construction progress, budgets, and schedules
  • Collaboration with the development team
  • Preparing and presenting progress reports

This role offers exposure to diverse projects, including apartments, house & land, and DA-stage developments, and provides an opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain end-to-end project lifecycle experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
