The Role

You will play a crucial part in building strong relationships with our wholesale clients and driving sales growth. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.

You will spend most of your time traveling to retail and online stores to showcase our products and build connections with key decision-makers. The remaining time will be spent planning sales appointments, managing administrative tasks, and analyzing data from these interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing wholesale customers

• Identifying new business opportunities through regular regional and interstate trips

• Scheduling and attending product showcases and one-on-one meetings with clients

• In-store merchandising and visual displays

• General administrative duties, including reporting and data analysis

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record of face-to-face sales experience, preferably in fashion wholesale

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

• Excellent personal presentation and a genuine passion for women's fashion
