Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at KSmart Staffing Solutions. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work with clients to understand their requirements and needs
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Provide guidance and thought leadership on ServiceNow platform to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Senior Technical Lead/Architect
  • Experienced in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, architecture-level configurations, ITOM modules
  • Experience in leading at least a couple of implementation projects in the ITSM area and one complete implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
  • Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
  • Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, orchestration, operational activities, project management expertise, and merging multiple instances
  • Strong work experience associated with projects like support, maintenance, migration, upgrades, integrations, and implementations
Desired:
  • TOGAF or any equivalent certification
  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in any 2 modules, and ITIL V3 foundation certification
