ServiceNow Architect Opportunity

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Perth. This is a hybrid working model role, with 3 days per week in office, offering a permanent or 12-month contract opportunity.

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will work with our global leading consulting firm on an established Perth-based project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Designing and architecting new ServiceNow implementations and developments.
  • Providing guidance and leadership in ServiceNow platform to customers.
  • Developing technical solutions based on customer requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.
  • Expertise in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, and ITOM modules.
  • Proven experience in leading implementation projects in ITSM areas and ServiceNow.
  • Strong work experience in projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
