The Role:

Ready to fire up your career? We're on the hunt for a top talent expert to join our team.

This isn't your average recruitment gig – you'll dive into the full talent management lifecycle, from attracting and acquiring top talent to workforce management.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll recruit leaders for our restaurants and support office, all while driving exciting talent projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a business partner to our Operations team to recruit leaders for our restaurants.
  • Collaborate with various business units within our Support Office to recruit for corporate roles and provide top-notch recruitment guidance.
  • Help deliver key talent initiatives by cooking up some awesome projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with the broader People team to bring these initiatives to life as well as participate in large volume recruitment drives for seasonal Team Member hiring.
