The Talent Acquisition Specialist role involves working with the Corporate Platforms team to support end-to-end talent acquisition and strategic sourcing initiatives that align with business strategies.
This is a mid-senior level position requiring a passionate and motivated individual who is organized and focused on delivering top-shelf recruitment experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver key resourcing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, utilizing various sourcing channels to attract high-quality talent, and providing market intelligence and insights to key portfolio groups and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Candidate Engagement: Effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deliver key resourcing initiatives.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies using various sourcing channels.
- Market Intelligence: Collate, distribute, and present market intelligence and insights to key portfolio groups and stakeholders.
- Hiring Manager Support: Influence and educate hiring managers to develop their recruiting and assessing capability.
- Recruitment Agency Management: Manage the utilization of recruitment agencies and search consultants in adherence with agreements and protocols.
- Talent Acquisition Experience: Demonstrated talent acquisition experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles.
- Candidate Management: Exceptional candidate management and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Talent Sourcing Expertise: Expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with new technologies and systems, ideally with experience using SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SEEK Premium Talent Search.
- AI Tools and Platforms: Demonstrated understanding of AI tools and platforms in recruitment, leveraging technology for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Time Management: Ability to complete work in tight timeframes and handle changing priorities.
