Business Development Account Manager

This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a portfolio of clients across Australia and New Zealand.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring long-term partnerships with clients, balancing revenue growth with client success.
  • Your key performance indicators will include high renewal rates, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • You will navigate complex corporate environments, demonstrating clear ROI and strategic value to clients.
  • You will build executive-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor within client organizations.

Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships at senior executive levels is essential in this role. You will position the company as an essential partner to clients' strategic decision-making processes, expanding your network within client organizations to deepen engagement and ensure sustained growth.

As a strategic consultant, you will enable corporate executives to use our insights for business growth, innovation, and market leadership.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Government Sales and or Account Management in ANZ.
  • Strategic thinker who understands corporate decision-making.
  • Revenue-driven professional, adept at exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
