Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in demand generation strategies to lead our business development efforts. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for building relationships with CEOs of small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and guiding them through the hiring process for marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on marketing strategies and demand generation
  • Work closely with our Digital Marketing Team and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to increase close rates
  • Collaborate with our CEO to execute a sales strategy that meets business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience with a strong background in demand generation
  • Native English speaker with a strong understanding of US marketing industry
  • Accredited American college or university degree
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a tech startup culture
  • Willingness to work US East Coast hours (9 am - 5 pm EST)

What We Offer
