About the Role

The Business Development Director will be responsible for conceptualizing, identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new business opportunities and capabilities for the company. This includes developing a deep understanding of the existing and prospective customer base, knowing the current or planned programmatic and technical roadmaps, and being cognizant of the competitive landscape. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of military procurement and capability development cycles, as well as experience with complex defense systems involving hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and capture business opportunities
  • Grow existing business by partnering with the Mission Operations team to execute contracts and expand upon current work
  • Communicate Anduril's value to customers by representing the company to a broad audience, including customers, partners, competitors, and the interested public
  • Inform product development by translating customer problem sets back into the engineering organization and providing clarity to inform priorities and keep stakeholders informed
Requirements
  • Must be able to hold an NV2 Australian security clearance
  • TSPV is desired
  • Ability to travel to meet with customers and support activities
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of an integrated, international team
