Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Graduate Program - Technology and Wealth & Capital Markets

We are seeking talented Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander graduates to join our Technology and Wealth & Capital Markets team at Australian Unity.
As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real wellbeing by supporting our members and customers on their wellbeing journey. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of our business.
About the ProgramOur 18-month Graduate Program consists of three six-month rotations, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of our business and the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.
You will be assigned a Business Mentor, an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander buddy, and a People Leader who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey.

We are looking for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders who want to join us in making a difference and building a brighter future together. You have ideally studied within the Technology, Business and Finance field (or related fields) and are wanting to be part of a team where your contributions are truly valued and where you can grow both personally and professionally.
You will have a proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement. You will be analytical and enjoy problem solving. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
