About the Role:
We are seeking expressions of interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals who are passionate about working in a dynamic and inclusive environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment strategy and participate in various initiatives that promote cultural awareness and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and community organizations.
- To provide support and guidance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff members in their career development and professional growth.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote equity and inclusion for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and histories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of inclusive policies and procedures.
