Our Graduate Program is 18 months in total and consists of three six-month rotations. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of our business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, assist in analysing data and trends to drive informed decision making, or participate in projects related to health, wealth and care services.

Program Highlights:

  • Three six-month rotations in Technology or Wealth and Capital Markets
  • Assigned Business Mentor, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander buddy, and People Leader
  • Membership to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employee Reference Group - Ngawiyala
  • Up to 14% performance bonus, additional yearly Well-Being and Community leave days, and 14-week paid parental leave

About You:

We are looking for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders who want to join us in making a difference and building a brighter future together. You have ideally studied within the Technology, Business and Finance field (or related fields) and are wanting to be part of a team where your contributions are truly valued and where you can grow both personally and professionally.

You will have a proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement. You will be analytical and enjoy problem solving. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
