Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including supplier payments and customer receipts.
  • Prepare payment batches and ensure efficient processing.
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely receipt of payments and resolve outstanding balances.
  • Perform regular bank account and customer account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential, as is proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or SAP. Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
