Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design delivery of dams projects from conception to completion.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all design deliverables meet quality, time, and budget constraints while collaborating with end clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design delivery of dams projects including overall design coordination and management
  • Collaborate with leaders across our team for project delivery
  • Assist with project resourcing and business initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end clients and contractors

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as engineering or architecture
  • Extensive experience in dams engineering and design preferably with a proven track record of delivering large projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Strong technical and non-technical report writing skills
