Job Opportunity: We seek a dedicated and ambitious Senior Structural Engineer to contribute to the development of sustainable water solutions in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways and appurtenant structures for optimal performance and safety.
  • Conceptual to detailed design of dams and structural components of dams, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data, and construction reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Preparation of tenders and proposals, as well as providing mentoring and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements: A positive, proactive individual who enjoys seeing challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate and grow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline is required.
