We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. As part of our industry-leading Dams team, you will contribute to the delivery of complex and high-impact projects across the country.

About the Role:

">
  • Structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways and appurtenant structures.
  • Conceptual to detailed design of dams and structural components of dams.
  • Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams.
  • Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data and construction reporting.
  • Preparation of tenders and proposals & providing mentoring.

Qualifications and Requirements:

">
  • Demonstrated capability in structural design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
  • Positive attitude with a growth mindset, able to see challenges as opportunities to innovate and collaborate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industry.
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline (essential).
