About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Renewal Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for working with sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders to manage and grow business across a territory of existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure renewal rates as per yearly sales defined targets for existing business
  • Explore opportunities to expand it and manage sales cycles to closure
  • Assess client needs and provide clients with specific guidance and product overviews
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years professional experience in sales, sales operations, and/or customer success roles
  • Understanding of different parts of the global financial services industry, including market dynamics and customers' business drivers
  • Ability to present high-level information as well as detailed demonstrations of products & services
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail
  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) required, preferably with coursework in business, economics, finance, marketing or related fields
