We're looking for a seasoned Renewal Specialist to drive customer success in Sydney.

This role is critical in ensuring a world-class experience for our clients through successful contract renewals. As an extended member of the account team, you'll be responsible for bringing all assigned contract renewals to a positive conclusion.

  • You'll work closely with sales, customer success, order management, and senior leadership to streamline the renewal process, identify risks, and develop resolution strategies.
  • Build and communicate accurate forecasts on upcoming renewals, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate your portfolio to prioritize time and maximize favorable outcomes.

To succeed in this mid-level role, you should have 4+ years of sales, customer success, or finance experience. You'll need negotiation skills, complex problem-solving abilities, and comfort with ambiguity. Experience working with Salesforce and other relevant tools is beneficial.
