The Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) is a critical initiative aimed at preventing and reducing the risk of incidents of abuse and neglect in aged care services.

As an Engagement and Operational Support - Business Coordination Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing Commission data, supporting the Assistant Director in sector education workshops, and preparing detailed reports and recommendations.

You will also manage reporting lines, support business planning activities, and ensure effective management of the SIRA budget.

Additionally, you will assist in coordinating and delivering meetings, preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, and providing procurement and finance support.

Roles are offered on an Ongoing/Non-Ongoing basis, with Non-Ongoing roles offered for an initial period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of one extension up to an additional 12 months.
