Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Services Coordinator to join our team at the Department of Justice. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management and oversight of administrative support functions, including team management and system administration.
  • Coordinate the archive and disposal function, ensuring compliance with government recordkeeping standards and procedures.
  • Undertake clerical and administrative tasks, including financial transactions, procurement, and budget monitoring.
  • Provide assistance and support to the Ombudsman and Business Manager as required.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
