About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Tassal Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our executives and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our executives, including diary management and correspondence.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Assist with the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
