About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our executives, including diary management and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
