About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Team Supervisor to oversee our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading civil construction teams, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

You will drive occupational health and safety (OHS) and quality initiatives on site, collaborating with your supervisor and superintendent to achieve project goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising civil construction teams and subcontractors
  • E nsuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
  • Driving OHS and quality initiatives on site
  • Overseeing day-to-day activities and machinery operations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Civil Leading Hand background with experience in Earthwork and Roadwork projects
  • Proficiency in cost coding and programming
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively
  • A White Card, valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle
  • Desirable: experience with construction machinery
