Senior Academic Leader in Assessment and Evaluation

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary academic leader to shape and advance the Assessment and Evaluation Research Centre's strategic vision. As a key member of the Faculty of Education, you will contribute to the broader goals of the Faculty and inspire staff to achieve excellence in teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of innovative learning programs and enhance the Faculty's international reputation for teaching excellence.
- Direct a high-profile research program with national and international impact, securing significant funding from diverse sources.
- Build and maintain networks with industry bodies, universities, and researchers, fostering strategic partnerships to expand research and commercial opportunities.
- Lead collaborative academic initiatives within the Faculty, guiding and supporting the professional development of academic staff.
We are looking for an internationally distinguished scholar with extensive senior leadership experience, a robust research track record, and a demonstrated ability to secure and manage research and industry funding. You will have a PhD in education or a similar field, with expertise in assessment and evaluation. Your superior communication skills will enable you to effectively influence and positively contribute to others in a complex environment.
