Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching programs in paediatric dentistry, incorporating contemporary pedagogical insights and innovative educational methods.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with national and international standards.
  • Supervise student research projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion.
  • Engage in clinical teaching, supervising student cases and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
  • Participate in administrative tasks, including consultation with students, marking, and assessment.
About You

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong track record in clinical teaching, course development, and student supervision. You will have a completed PhD in a relevant field, a specialist dental qualification in Paediatrics, and the ability to register with the Dental Board of Australia through AHPRA.

As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate:

  • Extensive clinical experience in Paediatrics, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Excellent clinical teaching skills, with the capacity to initiate and develop course development and teaching materials.
  • Ability to supervise research higher degree, graduate, and postgraduate students through to thesis completion.
