Senior Academic Leader in Assessment and Evaluation

We are seeking a highly distinguished scholar to lead our Assessment and Evaluation Research Centre as Associate Professor. As a senior academic leader, you will shape and advance our strategic vision, contributing to the broader goals of the Faculty of Education.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic direction and leadership to inspire and support staff in achieving excellence in teaching and research.
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality educational programs, contributing to the design and execution of innovative research programs.
- Balance strategic leadership with direct involvement in teaching and research activities, creating an environment of academic and professional growth.
- Report to the Director of the Research Centre, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the Centre's impact and reputation.
- PhD in education or a related field, with expertise in assessment and evaluation.
- Recognised authority in evaluation with a strong publication record and expertise in innovative research.
- Proven excellence in leadership, academic performance management, strategic planning, policy formulation, and program delivery.
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and facilitating collaborative partnerships.
