Sales Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in our sales strategy. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact with customers, delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, encompassing end users and engineering firms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Capital and Aftermarket sales.
  • Provide technical assistance and contribute to the development of process design criteria, equipment sizing, and technical documentation.
  • Manage and contribute to sales presentations, risk assessments, and bid/no-bid processes.
  • Ensure accurate records in CRM systems and manage proposal documentation.
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of the mineral processing industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales or telesales experience.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Testwork skill and report writing experience.
  • Able to review and interpret drawings (e.g. PFD, P&ID).
