Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and administering new machine orders from contract review through to delivery. This role involves consulting with cross-functional teams and may specialise according to a particular product, market segmentation or machine group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to validate contracts, review machine orders, parts availability, and workshop readiness.
  • Prepare the order confirmation within agreed timelines by verifying quote accuracy and ensuring all contract, program, and policy conditions are met.
  • Re-cost and analyse contract variations requested by management or sales and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing aligned with customer contracts.
  • Process sales documentation and report machine deliveries to relevant parties within agreed timelines.
  • Review credit estimates in line with business SLAs and policies.
  • Finalise cost of sale vs cost estimates review and complete final margin reconciliation.
  • Assist the delivery team to ensure full and on-time delivery meets customer expectation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years Experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to manage changing workloads and meet tight deadlines.
