Job Opportunity: Trade Export Specialist

A compelling opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced professional to cover an annual leave situation on a temporary basis.

This role involves working with a company that exports medical equipment to various locations worldwide using sea freight. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing thorough pallet counts
  • Coordinating with warehouse teams
  • Scheduling shipments and containers
  • Processing invoices in a timely manner
  • Preparing and managing supply documentation
  • Receiving and processing customer orders
  • Demonstrating proficiency in SAP software
  • Utilizing strong administrative skills
  • Developing excellent communication skills, including customer relations
  • Ensuring attention to detail and task completion
  • Exercising planning, organisation, and control under pressure
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently and learning new processes quickly
  • Assuming responsibility and accountability
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to team collaboration
  • Displaying aptitude with numerical data
  • Proficiently using Microsoft Word and Excel applications
