Human Resources Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our HR function and drive business outcomes.

\Main Responsibilities\

  • Lead and coach the onsite HR team, providing guidance on employee relations and training outcomes.\
  • Collaborate with site leadership to enhance workforce performance and culture.\
  • Partner with the broader regional HR team to drive business objectives.\
  • Stay up-to-date with Australian employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.\
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.\
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.\
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organisational objectives.\
  • Analyse data and metrics to inform HR decisions.\
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.\
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.\
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.\
  • Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in accordance with company policies.\
  • Implement and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.\
  • Develop and administer HR-related policies and procedures.\
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development.\
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR.\
