Human Resources Manager Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy to support our operational goals.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of HR professionals, collaborating closely with site leadership, and ensuring effective HR practices that enhance workforce performance and foster a positive organizational culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about creating and developing Human Resources strategies and initiatives. If you have a passion for coaching and supporting leadership teams, managing employee relations matters, and contributing to events that promote and support employees and local communities, we want to hear from you.
