Job Summary
This role is a key part of our Human Resources team, based in Mount Isa. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy to support our operational goals.
You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with site leadership to ensure effective HR practices that enhance workforce performance and foster a positive organizational culture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HR professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our operational goals.
- Coach and support leadership team members to improve their skills and abilities.
- Manage onsite employee relations matters and training outcomes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Contribute to events such as Family Days to promote teamwork and camaraderie.
