The Role

This integral member of the Site Leadership Team will develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports operational goals. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with site leadership to ensure effective HR practices that enhance workforce performance and foster a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and support to the leadership team
  • Manage all onsite employee relations matters and training outcomes
  • Contribute to events that promote and support employees and local communities
