About the Role

This position involves working on structures division projects in Australia, assisting project teams to achieve objectives and meet stakeholder expectations. You will bring energy, experience, and new ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist project teams in achieving objectives and meeting stakeholder expectations
- Work site-based with hands-on responsibilities, opportunities to up-skill, train, and mentor other workers
- Manage construction programs and project safety while ensuring quality standards and specifications are met

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in concrete remediation/coatings industry
- Knowledge of surface preparation requirements and methods
- Experience in crack injection (desirable)
- Understanding of QA requirements relevant to pre-construction phases
- Hands-on approach and ability to mentor staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Energy, drive, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work away from home when required
