About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Applicator with concrete coatings expertise to work on diverse and high-profile projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers infrastructure solutions across various sectors, including utilities, water, structural, marine and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in concrete remediation/coatings industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of surface preparation requirements and methods
  • Experience in crack injection (preferred)
  • QA requirements relevant to pre
  • Hands-on approach and ability to mentor other staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Energy, drive and attention to detail
  • Will to work away from home, when required
