Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThe Regional General Manager will be accountable for:
- Delivery of high-quality Return to Work services, including clinical supervision and management of large teams.
- Stakeholder engagement through effective relationships with prime contractors and stakeholders.
- Contract performance management across multiple locations in NSW and the ACT.
- People leadership, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and employee development.
- Financial management, including P&L responsibility and budget oversight.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in an allied health discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or a similar industry.
- Strong business acumen and geographical territory management expertise.
- Leadership experience in a large team, preferably in an allied health setting.
- An unwavering commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes.
