About the Role

Cotton On Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Communications Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in the USA/Northern market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, and email marketing. You will also oversee the social and brand communications strategy for the USA/Northern market.

You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist, eCommerce team, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive business results. In addition, you will manage day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers, while leading your digital marketing team to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Oversee social and brand communications strategy for the USA/Northern market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results
  • Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and/or PR or marketing communications
  • Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
  • Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
  • Able to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage in an efficient way
  • The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
