Senior Contract Administrator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Contract Administrator to manage all aspects of contract administration.
You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating contractual risks.
Responsibilities:- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
- Monitor project budgets and costs, prepare cost reports, and manage procurement processes.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records, prepare project status reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards through regular audits and inspections.
Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
Proven track record in managing contracts for large-scale construction projects from $100m upwards.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including relevant legislation, codes, and standards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a systematic approach to contract administration.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
Tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field are highly desirable.
