About the Role

We are seeking an experienced contract professional to lead the development and execution of strategic contract management initiatives across our global procurement team.


This role involves playing a key part in shaping and implementing enterprise-wide contract governance frameworks, delivering best-value outcomes through effective supplier engagement, commercial negotiation, and proactive contract management.


The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of contract principles and commercial management skills, with the ability to assess, negotiate, and implement contract outcomes that align with our business needs, risk tolerance, and commercial goals. Key categories may include medical, property, and professional services.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert insights, resolving issues promptly, acting as a delegate when required to ensure continuity of operations, and being a trusted advisor and mentor to the sourcing team.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute contract management strategies across the portfolio, contributing to the continuous improvement of our global contract governance framework.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and refine enterprise-level contract management principles, policies, and standards.
  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle activities for complex, high-value projects, including stakeholder engagement, contract strategy formulation, baseline validation, supplier negotiations, contract finalization, and post-award management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract drafting, review, and execution.
  • Drive negotiation activities across the portfolio to secure favorable commercial and risk-aligned terms.
  • Implement and drive supplier performance measures and be accountable for managing ongoing value delivery.
  • Engage and influence key business stakeholders to deliver outcomes. Key to this will be collaboration with internal teams and other procurement professionals.
  • Support senior stakeholders by partnering with internal teams across the business to resolve competing priorities as they arise, including acting as a delegate when required, to ensure continuity of operations and decision making.
