Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute best-practice contract and supplier relationship management.

  • Manage contracts correspondence, compliance, and records for the ROADS portfolio.

  • Oversee contract performance, ensuring obligations are met and supporting stakeholders.

  • Address contract risks, drive process improvements, and optimize contract performance.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and administering contracts and compliance documentation.

  • Strong ability to interpret legal concepts and communicate technical information.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and record-keeping.

  • Familiarity with contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
