Job Overview

The role focuses on social, customer, investor, and funds components, aiming to drive measurable commercial value. This position collaborates with the sustainability leadership team to drive the Sustainability Strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partnering with fund teams to align and integrate the Dexus platform sustainability strategy into investment plans.
  • Leading sustainability disclosures and ensuring compliance with climate-related financial disclosures.
  • Developing strategic approaches for social sustainability programs and partnerships.
  • Driving collaboration between the Sustainability, Marketing, and Customer teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Delivering the Sustainability Engagement & Communications Plan.
About You

We seek a passionate individual with strong empathetic nature and practical business acumen. The ideal candidate should be a good listener and communicator with strong commercial skills and ability to think at an enterprise level.

Desirable skills include:

  • Degree qualification in sustainability or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of developing social sustainability strategies and leading change programs.
  • Experience influencing outcomes through leveraging sustainability.
  • Understanding of Funds Management and investor needs.
  • Leadership experience with high-performing teams and ability to influence others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
